3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Payments can be made in full online or via a partial deposit, depending on the chosen plan. The remaining balance is typically due at pick-up.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by provider. Please review the specific cancellation terms before finalizing your booking. Rydex Rental facilitates these cancellations but the final authority rests with the vehicle provider.
5. User Conduct
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and using the platform in a lawful manner. Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account suspension and cancellation of bookings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rydex Rental acts as a technological intermediary. We are not responsible for the direct condition of the vehicles or the actions of the rental providers, although we strive to partner only with high-quality companies.
